La Voie du Vide is an independent Centre for Occult Arts, Energy Therapies and Field Architecture. It is not a religious organisation, medical centre, psychotherapy practice, law firm or financial advisory service.

The content and services offered are spiritual, advisory, energetic, divinatory, symbolic, educational and self-knowledge oriented. They do not replace medical diagnosis, psychotherapy, legal advice, financial guidance or any other professional service.

Article 3 — Age and user responsibility

Use of the website and purchase of services are reserved for adults aged 18 or over. The user remains solely responsible for their decisions, for the way they interpret the content and for any actions they choose to take after a reading, session or energy work.

Article 4 — Services, sessions and energy work

Services may include, among others, divinatory readings, Tarot, astrology, numerology, dream interpretation, energy therapies, ritual and energy work, alchemical interventions, field architecture, self-knowledge guidance, written chat sessions, video calls or other forms of personal guidance.

No service guarantees a specific result, event, healing, return of a person, financial gain, professional success or certain outcome. Services are offered as tools for understanding, interpretation, inner work and spiritual guidance.

Article 5 — Digital products and content

Digital products may include PDF books, guides, courses, audio files, meditations, energetic files, educational material, downloadable content or access to restricted pages/courses.

After purchase, once immediate access or download is provided, the product is considered delivered. The user is responsible for checking the description, language, nature and format of the product before completing the purchase.

Article 6 — Payments

Payments may be made through the website or through partner platforms such as PayPal, Ko-fi or any other available payment provider. La Voie du Vide does not store full card details. Transactions are processed by the relevant payment providers under their own terms.

Article 8 — Appointments, delays and no-show

For scheduled sessions, the user must attend on time and provide any required information within the requested timeframe. In the event of no-show, significant delay or last-minute cancellation, the amount paid may be retained, especially where time has been reserved, preparation has been carried out or the work has already begun.

Article 9 — Occult AI, Live Chat and digital guidance

Occult AI, live chat and other communication tools serve as first-level orientation, navigation and support. They do not replace a personal session, professional advice or a legally binding response from the Centre. Their answers must be used with personal judgment and responsibility.

Article 10 — Intellectual property

All texts, images, symbols, logos, videos, sounds, ebooks, guides, courses, ritual protocols, methods, spreads, readings and creations on the website are protected by intellectual property rights.

Any copying, republication, resale, distribution, translation, modification, posting in groups, transfer to third parties or commercial exploitation without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Article 11 — Prohibited uses

The user must not use the website for illegal purposes, harassment, insult, defamation, content copying, abuse of services, malicious technical interference, attempted unauthorised access or any action that may harm the Centre, its collaborators or other users.
