Yoga Nidra (योग निद्रा), often translated as “yogic sleep” or “conscious sleep,” is an ancient practice originating from the yogic traditions of India. It is a state of consciousness suspended between wakefulness and sleep, where the body rests deeply while awareness remains awake and present.
Unlike ordinary sleep, Yoga Nidra is a deliberately induced and guided state, allowing direct access to the deeper layers of the mind, where patterns, conditioning, memories, and energetic imprints are formed.
